Have you ever participated in a group on Facebook? They can be a fantastic way to build connections and relationships with others, especially around a central theme. There are groups for every subject you can imagine: book clubs, marketing, crafts, weather, weight loss, fitness, home brewing – I could go on. If you are a business, consider using a Facebook group as a way to stay in touch with your customers and fans, build relationships, and provide value. Depending on your specialty, it could be a group based on a class or program you offer, a product people love, or a support or DIY group.
