Meet the members of Colorado Women in Social Media.

Melody Jones

CWSM Founder and Founder & CEO of Social Media Management Services and Social Media Retreats

Melody is known as your social media aspirin – she takes the pain away!  Melody enjoys relieving the pain of social media strategy and management for solopreneurs and small business owners. One of her specialties is working with authors, writers, and Melody Jones, Founderother creatives.

  • If you already have a headache from it, she’s your social media aspirin.
  • If you feel like breaking up with social media but know you can’t, she’s that gallon of ice cream to get you through it.
  • If you just need a little push, she’s your cheerleader. She may yet invent virtual pompoms.

Melody and her team focus on personal attention, excellent results, strong communication, a partnership mindset, and comprehensive personalized social media programs.

She offers several do-it-for-you social media management programs, individual coaching, workshops, online classes and programs, and is available for speaking and keynote presentations. Read more here.

In April 2016, Melody founded Social Media Retreats, a concept where people can learn social media in a less pressurized environment – the anti-bootcamp, if you will. All retreats are currently based in Colorado and have a maximum of 15 attendees. This smaller class size allows students to truly learn and absorb social media information, create actionable plans, and leave with the tools needed to create a stellar social media presence. Attendees often bond in retreats and continue working together in some way after. All attendees have options to continue working with Melody post-retreat.

On a personal note, Melody is a Colorado native, loves camping, writing, and making jewelry and paper creations as often as possible. She is a graduate of Colorado Mesa University with a degree in psychology. She currently lives with two spoiled senior dogs, Hunter the chocolate lab and Lacey the beagle, and her husband in Parker, Colorado.

A Note About How We Work

CWSM is a limited-membership referral-only collaborative group of women who work primarily in the world of social media. We focus on collaboration, support, education and masterminding within the group and have developed strong reciprocal relationships and trust as a result of keeping group membership limited. At this time, our membership is at capacity. Our referral and application process includes the criteria that interested women first know a current member of CWSM so that a referral can be made by that member to the membership committee. If there is an opening, an application process follows. All applicants must have a primary focus in working in social media to qualify.
